When Do You Charge For Pre-Orders?
We charge for Pre-Orders in full when the order is placed.
How Do I Cancel a Pre-Order and Get a Refund?
If you wish to cancel a preorder, please contact us at info@nerdzoic.com. Cancelation requests must be received BEFORE items ship from our warehouse, otherwise the process will be handled according to our Refund / Return Policy. Canceled pre-orders are subject to a 10% cancelation fee unless you opt to have your pre-order refunded as store credit, in which case the cancelation fee is waived.
How Accurate are Pre-Order Estimated Arrival Dates?
Honestly...not very! Sometimes they come in early, sometimes they come in late. The estimated arrival date is set by the manufacturer. Because we are at the mercy of the distributor, pre-orders can never be 100% accurate.
Can You Hold My Pre-Orders and Ship Them Together to Save Money on Shipping?
Absolutely! If you would like us to delay fulfillment of pre-orders to combine with others, just contact us at info@nerdzoic.com.
If I Order Pre-Order Items with Different Release Dates When Will They Fill?
Your order will fill as soon as ALL items have arrived in stock. We recommend you place separate orders for preorders with separate release dates. Otherwise, items will be held on your order until all items can ship together.
What Happens if I Combine In-Stock & Pre-Order Items on a Single Order?
Preorders should be placed separate for orders with “In-Stock” items. Orders placed with both in-stock & pre-order items will not be fulfilled until all items are in-stock.
