Refund & Return Policy

Quick Return Policy Summary

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Sealed trading cards, sealed games, sale items, and opened items cannot be returned

  • Returned items must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging

  • A 10% restocking fee and return shipping cost will be deducted from approved refunds

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when an item is incorrect or damaged in transit

  • We provide the return shipping label for approved returns


Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted. Once the return window has expired, the order is considered final.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • All sealed trading cards

  • All sealed games

  • All sale or discounted items

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or altered

No exceptions will be made.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:

  • Return request is submitted within 14 days of receipt

  • Item remains unused, unopened, and factory sealed

  • Item is returned in its original packaging

  • Item was not purchased as a sale or discounted item

Items that do not meet all eligibility criteria will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.


Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled only prior to shipment from our warehouse:

  • Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 10% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation fee is waived if store credit is selected

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the “Chat With Us” widget on our website. Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be canceled and will be governed by this policy.


Return Shipping, Fees & Restocking

For all approved returns:

  • We provide a return shipping label

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total transaction amount

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for returns due to our error or damage in transit

Customers must use the provided return label. Returns shipped using unauthorized labels or methods may be rejected.


Damaged or Defective Items

Items damaged during transit may be eligible for a replacement or refund if we are contacted within fourteen (14) days of delivery:

  • If a replacement is available, it will be issued

  • If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued

The following do not qualify as damaged or defective items:

  • Minor manufacturer cosmetic or paint imperfections

  • Packaging damage only, unless it fails to meet the packaging grade or shipping option selected at checkout

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us using the “Chat With Us” widget on our website.

If approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send the item

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Exchanges

Due to the limited availability of collectible items, exchanges are not guaranteed.

The fastest way to obtain a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, subject to payment provider limitations

  • Orders placed one (1) year or more prior may require verification of the original payment method

  • If the original payment method is no longer valid, refunds may be issued via PayPal, with the customer providing the associated email address

Refunds are processed immediately upon approval but may take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.


Shop Pay Installments — Refund Limitations

Orders paid for using Shop Pay Installments are subject to refund restrictions imposed by Shopify and its third-party payment provider:

  • Refunds to the original payment method are only available within 119 days of purchase

  • Requests after 119 days cannot be refunded to the original payment method and will be issued as store credit if approved


PayPal Refund Limitations

Orders paid for using PayPal that are six (6) months or older from the original transaction date are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method.

Any approved refund will be issued as store credit only.


Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to deny any return, refund, or cancellation request that does not comply with this policy.

This policy applies to all orders unless otherwise stated in writing by an authorized representative.
