These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nerdzoic.com (the “Site”), operated by Mountain View Media LLC (“Nerdzoic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services. Use of the Site is also subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service and the applicable terms of our third-party payment processors (including Shopify Payments and PayPal), which govern payment processing, refunds, and transaction procedures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, or the U.S. District Court for the District of Pennsylvania for any disputes.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
