The NerdStash empowers you with complete control and flexibility for managing your orders and shipments. With NerdStash, you can Optimize Shipping Costs by consolidating and combining your orders and pre-orders.

Using the NerdStash is Simple!  Just follow this easy step-by-step:

  1. When you are at the checkout screen, pick "Add to My NerdStash" as the Shipping Option.
  2. We will charge you for the item at this time but NOT the shipping (that comes later).
  3. Your order will be processed and you will be able to view your order status on your customer account page after about 1 hour.
  4. When ALL the items on your order arrive at our warehouse, the order status will be updated and you will receive an email letting you know that your item(s) are in your NerdStash. Please note that the status will only change and you will only be alerted if ALL items are available.  For items releasing at different times we HIGHLY recommend placing separate orders for each item. 
  5. Items can remain in your NerdStash for up to 90 days. 
  6. When you are ready to have the items in your NerdStash shipped, just let us know here.
  7. We will then calculate your shipping costs and send you an invoice for the shipping. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship out your order!

NerdStash Tips & Tricks

  1. Place Orders Strategically:

    • Consider placing orders strategically, especially if you have a mix of in-stock items and pre-orders. NerdStash allows you to optimize your shipments when all items are in stock.

  2. Order One Item at a Time:

    • To expedite shipping for available items, place orders for each item separately. This way, in-stock items can be visble to you without waiting for the entire order to be complete.

  3. Maximize Savings on Shipping:

    • Save on shipping costs by holding and combining multiple orders into a single shipment. Take advantage of this feature to optimize your spending.

  4. Extended Holding Period:

    • Leverage the extended holding period of up to 90 days. This allows you to accumulate items over time before deciding to ship them, providing flexibility in managing your purchases.

  5. Control Shipment Sizes:

    • Exercise control over the size of your shipments. Tailor each shipment to suit your needs, whether you prefer smaller, more frequent shipments or larger consolidated ones.

  6. Monitor Stock Availability:

    • Keep an eye on the stock availability of your desired items. Place pre-orders for popular items early to secure your purchase and be among the first to receive them when they become available.
