Shipping Policy

Handling Time
All orders are processed and shipped by the end of the next business day based on the time the order was placed. Our standard fulfillment turnaround is 24–48 hours.

Please note: Orders will not ship until all items are physically in our warehouse. If you order a mix of in-stock items and preorders, your entire order will ship together once the preorder items arrive.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, it may be delayed, delivered to the wrong address, or stolen. Before contacting us, please:

  • Check for proof of delivery/photos from the carrier

  • Check your front door, porch, or garage

  • Ask neighbors if they received it

If your package is marked “delivered”, we ask that you first contact the carrier directly for details, including route information or delivery photos.

For packages not showing as delivered, we ask customers to allow 20 days from the expected delivery date to see if the package arrives late. Shopify’s third-party carrier insurance (Shipsurance) also requires a 20-day period from the original delivery date before we can initiate a lost or missing package claim. Once the claim is initiated, we will provide a link to the customer affidavit, which must be completed to process the claim.

Shipping Area
We ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, the United Kingdom, and most U.S. outlying territories.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery destination of the products ordered.

Shipping Providers
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for delivery, depending on the option you select at checkout.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an error on your part (e.g., incorrect address or moved residence), we will attempt to contact you. Re-shipping costs are due prior to reshipment and will be invoiced via email once a new address is confirmed. We will attempt to reach you twice within a week; if we do not hear back, we will refund the order less the original shipping costs to the original payment method.
