When the egg is transported to Japan and hatches into a baby Godzilla, Godzilla arrives to reclaim it. Facing this threat, the United Nations G Countermeasures Research Center deploys their ultimate anti-Godzilla super weapon—Mechagodzilla—leading to an intense climax where it combines with the support fighter Garuda to transform into Super Mechagodzilla.
