What is NerdStash?
Welcome to NerdStash – We've created a program that will make ordering with us easier! Here’s the game-changer: Once your NerdStash account has been created, you can place as many individual orders, without paying shipping at time of check out.
When your items arrive at our warehouse, you’ll get an email alert asking if you want to request to have them shipped now or you can wait. We can hold them up to 90 days, so if you have other pre-orders arriving within those three months, you have the option to have them shipped together with one shipping fee.
No guessing, no surprises—we’ll calculate the exact shipping cost, so you only pay what you actually owe. Once everything's packed up, we’ll send you the shipping invoice via email to complete the shipping portion then the package is off to you.

How do I contact you to ship my NerdStash?

You’ll get to pick your preferred carrier and add a note if there’s anything special we need to know. Completing the form will let us know which items you want packed up, and we’ll send you an invoice for the exact shipping cost—no guessing, no games, just good old-fashioned math. Once that’s all squared away, we’ll get your stuff on its way to you!
When do I get charged for my pre-order?
Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout. No surprise payments sneaking up on you months later. It's a one and done check out process.
How do I cancel a pre-order?
Need to cancel a pre-order? No problem—just send us a message through the "Chat with Us" widget before your goodies ship! After that, we gotta follow the sacred scrolls of our refund policy. There’s a 10% cancellation fee (bummer, we know), but if you take store credit instead, we’ll happily wave our magic wand and make that fee disappear.
One important note: If you paid using Shopify Installment Pay, we can’t refund it—those payments are handled by a mysterious third-party overlord (aka a separate creditor). Check out our full refund policy by clicking Here
Are pre-order dates guaranteed?
We do everything in our power to make sure you get your pre-orders, but sometimes the Toy Gods (aka distributors and manufacturers) have other plans. If they cancel or limit a release, we might not be able to fulfill your order—though we do our absolute best to prevent that from happening!
If the worst does happen, don’t worry—we’ll issue a full refund. But, sadly, we can’t offer extra compensation for the inconvenience (we wish we could send 🍪's or action figures as an apology, but that’s not in the budget). Luckily, this kind of thing is super rare, so you probably won’t have to worry about it.
How do I check the status of a pre-order?
We refresh our pre-order ETA dates at the start of each month, so the best place is to check out the product page.
Just a heads-up: These dates come straight from the manufacturers, which means they’re more like best guesses than rock-solid promises.
If your pre-ordered item suddenly pulls a disappearing act from the site—don’t worry, it’s not lost in the multiverse! Just send us a message through the chat, and we’ll track it down for you.
Who gets their pre-orders first?
Pre-orders are shipped first come, first served—so the sooner you lock in your order, the sooner it’ll land in your hands!
Important PSA: If your pre-order includes multiple items, it won’t ship until EVERY figure has arrived at our warehouse. That means one straggler could hold up the whole party!
Want to avoid the waiting game? We HIGHLY recommend placing separate orders or registering for our NerdStash Program, which lets you request to ship items as they arrive and not pay for multiple shipping fees per order. Think of it as VIP access for your collection.

How fast do in stock items ship?
We work faster than a caffeinated squirrel to get your order out the door! All orders are processed and shipped by the end of the next business day, depending on when you placed them. For in-stock items, our fulfillment ninjas usually have everything packed up and ready to roll within 24-48 hours.
So sit back, relax, and get ready for that glorious “Out for Delivery” notification—you know it’s the best part of the day!
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all the usual spots—the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, the UK, and most U.S. outlying territories. Basically, if your mailbox exists in one of these places, we’ll get your goodies to you!
Unfortunately, we’re not quite ready for intergalactic shipping yet (looking at you, Tatooine and Asgard), but we’re working on it.

2️⃣ Make sure you're logged in when placing an order, and a magical prompt will appear, asking if you want to add it to your NerdStash. Say yes, and boom—you won’t have to pay any shipping upfront.
3️⃣ We can hold your “shippable” items for up to 90 days if you have other figures releasing within that timeframe.
4️⃣ Ready to ship? Just fill out the NerdStash shipping request form, and we’ll invoice you for the exact shipping cost—no surprise fees.

What providers do you use for shipping?
We enlist the finest delivery carriers—USPS, UPS, and FedEx—to ensure your package reaches you safely.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping rates are determined using an ancient algorithm—okay, fine, it's just math! The cost is calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your haul, ensuring the best possible rate whether we're sending a single action figure or a full-blown Batcave scene.
Why do you only ship to certain Countries?
International shipping is like navigating the Multiverse—some dimensions (aka Countries) just don’t play nice with customs. We currently only ship to select realms…err, locations.
Are you drop shipping or using a distributor?
We pack, prep, and ship everything ourselves with the help of our trusty team! No droids, no teleportation spells (yet), just real humans making sure your collectibles embark on their journey safely.
How do you package orders so they are secure during transit?
We pack your orders with the care of a Jedi crafting their first lightsaber—because we know how important mint-condition collectibles are! We use a strategic mix of air pillows, bubble wrap, and kraft paper to ensure a safe travel in the mail.
What if my package is missing or has yet to be delivered?
If your package has been marked as “delivered” but is nowhere to be found, don’t panic—this isn’t a Twilight Zone episode... probably. It could be delayed, mis-delivered, or (cue dramatic music) swiped by a porch pirate. Before reaching out, please, check for proof of delivery, any sneaky carrier photos, your doorbell cam, and your neighbor.
If it’s still MIA, use the "chat with us" widget on our site for assistance.
We can file a claim for our third party to investigate the situation. We will have to wait 20 days from when the package was to be delivered to conduct an official investigation. This also requires a customer affidavit to process the lost or missing order.
My package is being returned to you-now what?
If your package gets bounced back to us because of a wrong address, missing apartment number, or because you’ve gone full Bilbo Baggins and moved without telling anyone—fear not! We’ll do our best to contact you.
Here’s the deal:
1️⃣ If a shipment is returned, we’ll reach out via email twice within a week to get things sorted.
2️⃣ Once you confirm your new coordinates we’ll send you an invoice for the reshipment cost.
3️⃣ If we don’t hear back after two attempts, we’ll refund your order (minus the original shipping) back to the card you used.
So double-check that address like you're trying to find Platform 9¾.
How will my refund be returned since I paid using a Nerdzoic gift card and my credit card/Paypal?
Here’s how refunds work in our galaxy (and no, sadly, there are no Jedi mind tricks to skip the rules):
If you choose to have your refund returned to your original payment method (like your credit card or PayPal) there will be a 10% fee that will be deducted from the card/PayPal portion, and the rest of your refund will be split between the card and any gift card you used—because with great power (aka mixed payment methods) comes great accounting responsibility. 🕸️
Now, if you want to skip the fee like Indiana Jones dodging a boulder, choose store credit instead. We’ll re-issue the full amount as a gift card and email it to you faster than the Millennium Falcon making the Kessel Run.

What if I want to return the item I purchased?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you chose when ordering—sealed, untouched, and still rocking its original packaging—just like it was the day it left Nerdzoic HQ. You have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to get that return request in.
Opened items or those bought on sale? Sadly, not even Doctor Strange can rewind time to make those returnable.
All returns are subject to:
- Return shipping paid by the customer (we’re heroic, but not omnipotent),
- A 10% restocking fee (our version of the multiverse tax),
- And original shipping costs are non-refundable (those shipping gremlins don’t work for free).
Want to initiate a return? Contact us via the “Chat with Us” feature on our site—like activating your own Bat-Signal. You’ll need to let us know if you want us to send a return label (cost will be deducted from your refund) or if you're shipping it back yourself. If you purchase your own return label we are not liable for the order missing during return transit.
Pro tip from Professor X: Don’t send anything back without chatting with us first—it won’t be accepted, and your powers may not work here.

Can I return my item if it is broken?
If your order arrives looking like it got caught in a skirmish with a Star Destroyer, fear not—our crew is standing by. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and if we’ve got the item in stock, we’ll launch a replacement mission faster than the Millennium Falcon in hyperspace.
No stock left in the galaxy? Then we’ll issue you a full refund, no Jedi mind tricks needed.
Minor paint glitches from the manufacturer? Those are more like droid scuffs than real battle damage—not eligible for replacement.
Damaged packaging? Unless it violates the packaging grade you selected (we know our mint-in-box collectors are basically Sith Lords about this), it doesn’t qualify for a refund or swap.

When will I get my refund for a returned item?

Once your return lands safely at our HQ (no Batwing required), our team—led by meticulous Wonder Woman-level truth inspectors—will examine it with Kryptonian precision. 🛡️🛸
You’ll get a notification faster than The Flash zips through Central City, letting you know if your refund is approved or denied (don’t worry, no LexCorp-style red tape here).
🔁 If approved:
- We’ll process your refund to your preferred method—either back to your original payment method or as store credit (like stashing funds in your own personal Batcave).
- Opting for the original payment method means a 10% restocking fee will be deducted—think of it as the price of playing in the multiverse. 🌀
- We’ll also subtract the original shipping cost and return label fee—unless you flew that return back yourself, Superman-style. 💨

If your order was placed over a year ago, we’ll need to verify the last four digits of your card to ensure it’s still valid. If your original payment method has been retired (like Batman's old Batmobile) and is no longer in service, don’t worry! We can process your refund through PayPal—even if the original payment method is out of commission. 🦇💸
⚡ Please note: Once we initiate the refund back to the original payment method, the amount is immediately deducted from our accounts (think Superman speed). However, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution. Even Flash needs to slow down sometimes! 🏦⏳

What if I want to exchange the item I ordered for something else?
If the item(s) you want to return fall within our return policy (check here for the official science--), the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item(s) first and, once it’s accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Think of it like the time Sheldon swapped out his favorite comic book for a better edition, but with fewer “Bazinga!” moments. 🤓📚
⚡ Warning: Due to the unpredictable nature of collectible availability (much like Howard’s relationship with space), we can’t guarantee that an exchange will be available. Sometimes, it’s like trying to find a limited edition Batmobile at a garage sale—unlikely, but not impossible. 🚗💨

I placed a pre-order item, but no longer collect that line. Can I switch out products?
Got a pre-order that’s still in the shell? 🐢 No worries, we can help you swap out the item before it’s shipped—just like Leonardo changing his sword technique mid-battle! ⚔️
Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ If your pre-order hasn't shipped yet, hit us up via chat with your order number. Let us know which item you want to swap (name it like it’s your favorite pizza topping 🍕).
2️⃣ If the new item costs more, we’ll send you an invoice for the difference (just like paying for extra toppings).
3️⃣ If the new item costs less, we’ll hook you up with store credit to use on your next adventure.
4️⃣ Remember, once payment is finalized, your order is locked in like Michelangelo’s nunchucks.

Why is my pre-order item showing as in stock, but I haven't gotten mine?
There could be a couple of reasons you're seeing this.
Situation one—We do a thorough check on each item before we fulfill pre-orders, just like the Power Rangers preparing for their next battle! If we receive more “near mint” figures than “minty fresh,” we’ll fulfill the minty fresh ones in the order they were received and put any leftover near mint as "in stock", just like the Rangers getting their Zords ready for action. Once we get more minty fresh ones in, we’ll continue to fulfill the rest of your order, like Megazord assembling its final pieces. 🦸♂️
Situation two—Your pre-order might have multiple items, and they could arrive at different times, like the Rangers needing to gather all their power coins before morphing! We won’t ship until all items are ready, just like how the Rangers wait for all their Zords to be in place before they unite. But if you're fine with a “near mint” figure just 💬 us, and we’ll do what we can to help you. Keep in mind, if it's a hot item, it might sell out before we can assist you.
