Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man returns to the "Amazing Yamaguchi" action-figure lineup from Kaiyodo -- newly modeled and with more advanced posability! A more evolved system of jointing makes this Spidey figure more expressive and playable than ever before, with 26 points of articulation! By moving both sides of the torso, the shoulder blades can be moved back and forth, and additional joints are included on his shins to recreate the bending effect so often seen in the comics. Although he's still slender, his muscles are expressed with more edgy details, and the texture of the high-tech material his suit is made from is highlighted with metallic paint for a more realistic atmosphere.

The spiderweb effect parts have also been renewed, bringing us a straight web fired like a bullet, a fan-shaped web for netting bad guys, and a wing-shaped part that stretches between his arms and body so Spidey can glide! Interchangeable hands are also included to allow for uniquely expressive action. His eyes are replaceable, with three sets included for different expressions; you can even combine different eyes on the left and right! A base with a built-in magnet is also included. When Do You Charge For Pre-Orders?

We charge for Pre-Orders in full when the order is placed.  

How Do I Cancel a Pre-Order and Get a Refund?

If you wish to cancel a preorder, please contact us at info@nerdzoic.com.  Cancelation requests must be received BEFORE items ship from our warehouse, otherwise the process will be handled according to our Refund / Return Policy.  Canceled pre-orders are subject to a 10% cancelation fee unless you opt to have your pre-order refunded as store credit, in which case the cancelation fee is waived. 

How Accurate are Pre-Order Estimated Arrival Dates?

Honestly...not very!  Sometimes they come in early, sometimes they come in late.  The estimated arrival date is set by the manufacturer.  Because we are at the mercy of the distributor, pre-orders can never be 100% accurate.  

Can You Hold My Pre-Orders and Ship Them Together to Save Money on Shipping?

Absolutely!  If you would like us to delay fulfillment of pre-orders to combine with others, just contact us at info@nerdzoic.com.

If I Order Pre-Order Items with Different Release Dates When Will They Fill?

Your order will fill as soon as ALL items have arrived in stock.  We recommend you place separate orders for preorders with separate release dates.  Otherwise, items will be held on your order until all items can ship together.

What Happens if I Combine In-Stock & Pre-Order Items on a Single Order?

Preorders should be placed separate for orders with “In-Stock” items.  Orders placed with both in-stock & pre-order items will not be fulfilled until all items are in-stock.   

We understand that collectors expect their products to be handled with love and care.  From experience, we know that this expectation is not something understood by big box stores.  That is why we only send out products that are in "standard grade" packaging, Minty Fresh.  To understand how we determine the grade on each package and how to figure out which is right for you, watch the video below or read the explanation below that.  Heck, do do both!

MINTY FRESH
Standard Grade

Almost everything that arrives in our warehouse is considered standard grade. Minty Fresh packaging is what you expect to find straight on the shelves at your big box store. They may include minor corner dents, small creases, or scrapes, but not enough that it takes away from the overall appearance of the packaging. Minty Fresh is perfect for opening, displaying, or giving as a gift.

NEAR MINT
Sub-Standard Grade

Figures that are "Near Mint" just fall outside our realm of "mint condition".  This can include multiple corner dings, creases, and scratches on the bubble.  This product is meant to be opened, but is not so damaged that you would feel weird giving it as a gift.  

The name says it all-these toys are more BEAT UP than Rocky after his fight with Apollo, but the figure and accessories are NOT damaged.  These toys are meant to be opened and should not be given as gifts.  It's a great way to save a couple of dollars if you are a 100% "Loosey" collector!

GEM MINT
Collectors Grade

For the collector who is looking for "Gem Mint" packaging, this is the way to go. This packaging is flawless, but also rare, which is why we don't offer this as a standard option. If you are looking for a product in Collectors Grade, contact us at info@nerdzoic.com and we will inspect our inventory. If we find something that we deem "Gem Mint" we will send you a photo for review.  

If we have something that we deem to be that quality, we will send it to you for the "Minty Fresh" price.  We recommend that you add a FigureSheild to it to keep it safe during travel, but it is NOT required.
